What do you need?

You need a peace of land approximate 2000m² in a nice area. The best will be that you have your own farmland. That can be close to any beach, river or lake or any beautiful landscape. You have to get long bamboo poles or other available long wood sticks, because the delivery of the poles would be too expensive. (not included in this offer) I’m sure you will find something suitable in your area.

What you can expect to earn?

With the right marketing strategy (which I will provide) you can expect a 6 month season or even longer. You can easily ask for one overnight NZ$ 25.- or even more.

You have about 50 places to rent out, multiply with 7 days you will make NZ$ 9.850.- But not every day you will rent out all your space.

Let us talk about 50% - than it becomes NZ$ 4.925.- , which will be realistic. 6 month season is equal to 26 weeks.

The total income per year will be 26 x 4.925.-= 130.000.-

What does it cost?

It is not so high like the small businesses, which you will find on the market. Normally I wanted to run this business myself, but since we settled down in Auckland, my Family doesn’t want to move out of North Shore City/Auckland anymore.

My suggested price for this Tipi business is NZ$ 25.000.- only, that includes the marketing and advertising strategic plan with a value of NZ$ 5.000.-.

In comparison with the NZ house prices the amount I request is very little. Even another small business opportunity will cost you minimum

NZ $50.000.- and more plus your advertising campaigns, you have to plan yourself.

The Tipis are all new and packed in cartons. They come with all part, including a plan how to build them up proper and how to maintenance them for a long life. (excluding the poles)

The delivery to any place in NZ or Australia will not take longer than 7 working days. The asking price includes the delivery New Zealand wide. For delivery to Australia I have to get a quote.
